Sony introduces a new generation of DME switcher in response to the needs of SD-based live production systems. The Sony DFS-800 is a powerful DME switcher that provides a wide variety of switcher functionality, exceptional system versatility, and extreme creative performance. It is equipped with eight SD-SDI inputs and eight SD-SDI outputs as standard, however, as user requirements grow, these can be expanded to 16 by adding optional expansion boards. Other distinctive features include six keyers and a six-channel 3D DME that comes as standard.
